Detecting Prostate Cancer Treatment Resistance When Treatment Options Are Still Available

At BioQuoVadis we are dedicated to extending and enhancing the lives of people with prostate cancer.

PSA detects prostate cancer drug resistance in 1.5-2.5 years. Our test detects it in 24 weeks - before the cancer spreads.

BioQuoVadis is bringing to market 30 years of federally funded science with the first laboratory based liquid biopsy test for prostate cancer treatment resistance.

Unmet Need

There are 4 millon people living with prostate cancer in the US, with 350,000 new cases every year. 400,000 patients are currently on ADT hormone therapy - and most will develop treatment resistance within 2 years.

Today's standard of care has no effective test for treatment resistance. PSA measures tumor growth, not drug response. By the time resistance is detectable, disease has often progressed to metastasis.

40,000 men die every year from prostate cancer. Many because treatment resistance was caught too late.

Our Solution

The BioQuoVadis test identifies treatment resistance before tumor burden increases and before it is reflected in PSA.

Physicians can adjust therapy - switch treatment, escalate to chemotherapy, or enroll patients in a trial - while intervention still makes a difference.
